It is important that you recognize that as a leader, you should be aware of your team members’ needs. This does not just encompass their work needs but also their personal needs such as work-life balance and flexibility in work hours. Each team member has an impact on the whole team. The old saying “A chain is as strong as its weakest link” rings true for every team.
